      3 Rights Founder Thomas Cohan has earned a stellar reputation in the fashion world and an enviable network of contacts over his 30 years in the industry. He’s held senior executive roles at leading American and European companies, ranging from Armani, Valentino and Façonnable to Donna Karan, Hugo Boss and Michael Kors.

      What sets Thomas apart is not only his expertise and network but the fact that he’s well-known by everyone from C-suite executives to sales associates on the floor. With this depth and breadth of industry know-how, he’s established rapport and developed brands at key retailers, including Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Burlington and all major eCommerce sites.

      With his diversified background, Thomas knows how to deliver success for clients at all price points and budget levels.

      Stella Sberro Cohan

       

      Stella Sberro Cohan is an accomplished international lawyer and businesswoman who has built a career in project development, operations and logistics. Stella worked first as a business lawyer and then as a CEO of a French based company overseeing their Hong Kong subsidiary functioning as a logistics office and production office consisting of 2000 workers; her career spanned from 1992 to 2007 while she was living in Hong Kong. During those years she developed an extensive network of successful social and business leaders all throughout Asia.

      Based in New York for over a decade and after establishing a successful business in real estate in Manhattan she now has joined 3 Rights LLC as Chief Strategist and Head of Business Development. To quote Ms. Sberro,  “I have always understood treating a small volume client exactly the same as a large volume client, this was the teaching of my Father who built a very successful company with over 3000 employees.”

      Stella is the visionary and strategist that is the driving force of 3 Rights. She is fluent in English, French and Spanish and her global experience and cultural diversity help make 3 Rights an American partner that understands our clients’ culture and ways of thinking.
